Pilgrimage to Burial Site

Visit the nearby burial site of Venerable Patrick Peyton inside the walls of the Cemetery of the Congregation of Holy Cross.

Located near the museum on the campus of Stonehill College. Holy Cross Community Cemetery at Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts.

  • LocationIn a brick-enclosed garden near the end of the road on the Stonehill College campus
  • How to get thereTurn left out of the Museum, then left onto Belmont St, turn into the Stonehill College entrance, follow the main road past the baseball fields, and take a left at the stop sign
  • HoursThe cemetery is open during daylight hours

The Rosaries that drape his stone are left by visitors who remove a Rosary but often times replace it with another. We are not certain where this custom originated, however when you find yourself there, please offer a prayer for the person who left their Rosary.
